Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify and research programs and initiatives by NGOS and other charity / social enterprise bodies - preparing analysis, feasibility and viability studies to present to our internal foundation board for approval for donations & investment
- Undertake assessments of projects using appropriate indicators to track against targets, assess performance, conduct surveys, document lessons-learned, and produce timely, accurate, and complete reports
- Visit funded projects with field representatives of external organisations to gather information and analyse projects
- Evaluate the sustainability of the projects' results
- Supporting grant recipients to ensure understanding of monitoring requirements and submission of monitoring documentation within agreed timescales
- Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution
- Provide training and mentoring to partners and staff
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assist in the development, delivery and evaluation of activities for our CSR strategy

Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years' work experience of performing in monitoring and evaluation role
- Experience of working in the academic, charitable or government sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- Excellent computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel
- Please, friendly and proactive attitude with sense of team spirit
- Should have well-groomed appearance and strong presentation and delivery skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Able to interact and build rapport with a range of people at different levels
- Highly organized, high attention to detail, completer/finisher
- Knowledge about the planning, procurement rules and budget preparation
- Sound knowledge in the areas of office administration
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Must possess a pleasant, friendly and proactive attitude
