Job Description / Responsibility
  • Identify and research programs and initiatives by NGOS and other charity / social enterprise bodies - preparing analysis, feasibility and viability studies to present to our internal foundation board for approval for donations & investment
  • Undertake assessments of projects using appropriate indicators to track against targets, assess performance, conduct surveys, document lessons-learned, and produce timely, accurate, and complete reports
  • Visit funded projects with field representatives of external organisations to gather information and analyse projects
  • Evaluate the sustainability of the projects' results
  • Supporting grant recipients to ensure understanding of monitoring requirements and submission of monitoring documentation within agreed timescales
  • Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution
  • Provide training and mentoring to partners and staff
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Assist in the development, delivery and evaluation of activities for our CSR strategy

    Bachelor/Masters in research and statistics/Management or related fields from any reputed institution

Job Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years' work experience of performing in monitoring and evaluation role
  • Experience of working in the academic, charitable or government sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • Excellent computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel
  • Please, friendly and proactive attitude with sense of team spirit
  • Should have well-groomed appearance and strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Able to interact and build rapport with a range of people at different levels
  • Highly organized, high attention to detail, completer/finisher
  • Knowledge about the planning, procurement rules and budget preparation
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of office administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Must possess a pleasant, friendly and proactive attitude
