Job Description / Responsibility
  • The candidate will organize screening workshops for Nobin Udyoktas
  • Regularly visit field to analyze, identify and select potential Nobin Udyoktas
  • Analyze project and prepare business plan of Nobin Udyoktas before presenting in the Design Lab
  • Regularly visit field to monitor the progress of selected Nobin Udyoktas and their projects
  • Work for capacity building of Nobin Udyoktas in running the business successfully
  • Assist in the selection of promising Nobin Udyoktas as well as potential women entrepreneurs
  • Regularly visit field to monitor, update and report on all relevant project and programs
  • Arrange and conduct different workshops and screening labs as per direction
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements
  • Age at most 35 year(s)
  • Proficiency in computer application program (MS Word, MS Excel, emailing, etc)
  • Knowledge in Microenterprise program implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in both Bengali and English
  • 2 years experience in microenterprise will be preferable
